Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is £3.99 for an order under £39.99, and free for £40.00+ within the UK.

We will deliver your order usually within 5-7 days or quicker, during business hours from receipt of the order.

If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within this time period we will contact you immediately to arrange a new delivery time with you.
If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within our time period you may at your option cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.

Important Tariff Notice for US Customers
Starting on 29 August 2025, deliveries entering the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, regardless of order value. These charges, imposed by US Customs, are not included in the item price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept any potential import charges.

Change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact us info@sewing-stuff.co.uk a.s.a.p.
Please quote the order number.
If your items have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Returns
We will be happy to refund or exchange an item(s) you return, except needles.
Please do not return needles you purchased. We don't accept needles to be returned, and you won't get refund for needles. Also we don't accept exchange of needles.
