Delivery and Return
Our standard delivery charge is £2.99 for an order under £34.99, and free for £35.00+ within the UK.
We will deliver your order usually within 5-7 days or quicker, during business hours from receipt of the order.
If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within this time period we will contact you immediately to arrange a new delivery time with you.
If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within our time period you may at your option cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.

If your items have already been shipped, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

We are happy to accept your returns, but except needles. Returns are free for the UK customers, but unfortunately, if you are outside of the UK, you have to pay the postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if it was packed.
To complete your return, please include your item's order number.
Please do not return needles you purchased. We don't accept needles to be returned, and you won't get refund for needles. Also we don't accept exchange of needles.
Please inform us that you are returning a item(s) with reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or PayPal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, please use the free return label inserted in the package (for the UK customers only), or post the item to:

Please inform us that you are returning a item(s).
If you are outside of UK, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
