This was my my first order with Sewing Stuff, the website is easy to use when searching for my sewing machine model. I selected the items required, including bobbin case, shuttle hook & race cover, they arrived quickly & well packaged. One of the items (race cover) didn’t fit, this is due to there being 2 Toyota models with the same code, which have different styles of race cover. I got in touch, Yuki responded explaining the manufacturer has 2 designs, although Sewing Stuff didn’t have the correct piece due to the supplier not having it. A refund was offered & received in just a few days. Great communication & service. I shall certainly be a returning customer. Thank you.
